The name Xaviera is of Spanish origin, and is used in multiple countries and languages around the world.

Xaviera was established in 2008 when I started selling “homes” instead af properties.

As an estate agent.  My goal was to give clients a new beginning.  A place where they could feel safe, loved and happy.

This property, 556 Airedale street, was bought by me on the 7th February 2011.  At that stage it was trading as a frail care centre.

Fun and games started when I moved here during June 2011.  A lot of work had to be done before we could fulfill our first booking.  Renovation started by me and my right hand helper.   We collected building rubble wherever we saw people renovating.  We politely offered to remove their rubble for free, on which they gladly agreed and most of them paid us to get it removed.  90% of the bricks we collected were cleanable and we recovered  enough for our own renovations.  We only started with bookings in 2013 with an annual turnover of R40 275.00 for that year.  After that with constant renovations, trials and errors we managed to built Xaviera cc as a succesfull business.
